Like our ice cream wholesale partners, we believe that food is at the heart of the customer experience. That’s why our ice cream is only ever made fresh from organic milk, natural ingredients, and lots of love. It is made as a contemporary twist to good old fashioned American ice cream, extremely creamy, bursting with flavour and often with inclusions. All our artisanal ice cream batches are made to order in our south London kitchen, and infused for a minimum of 24 hours.

We research and create all our own artisan flavours in our south London kitchen, and we’ve created over one hundred to date. However, with the feedback from having sold over 600,000 scoops of ice cream to our store customers, we know the core flavours that hit the mark every single time.
Flavours shown are our core flavours, however they may vary seasonally and we are always adding new ones. Please contact us for our most up to date flavours and prices.

How Easy is it to Partner With Jefferson’s?
We partner with restaurants, hotels, cafes and delis across central and south west London If you would like us to become your ice cream wholesaler there are three easy steps:
ONBOARDING
• Please send us an email or give us a call to discuss how we can help you.
• Complete a single A4 client form, and you’re all set!

ORDERING
• Order Monday through our dedicated Market Man app or email and receive confirmation.
• Delivery Thursday or Friday at -18oC in our freezer van.

PAYMENT
• You will receive a PDF and electronic link invoice from Xero by email on the Monday morning following delivery.
• Payment is taken automatically through CoCardless 21 days from delivery*
